We always believed that olives make a wonderful gift. All that was missing was packaging and accesories. With the introduction of the various olive stuffings from Miguel Angel Palomo we decided to concentrate on gift packaging so as not to get lost on the shelf.

Our introductory item is the variety gift pack that show cases the three new flavors; Harissa, Bleu Cheese and Picante.

The tong is a very practical accessory for an olive lover and his bar. Especially a dry bar. With the tongs the olives can be elegantly picked from the tall slender jar without having to dump the brine out. It keeps the bar tidy and leaves plenty of brine in the jar for making a dirty martini.

These Prodyne stainless steel picks give the martini an elegant special look.

We have taken a the traditional Pimento stuffed olive and combined with cocktail napkins. There are so many cocktail napkins offered with fun olive themes that we can keep this option fresh and fun.

Grocers typically say they have no interest in our gift pack, so we sell them cases of single pack jars. After some time on the shelves we offer to do a sampling day to show the public the various flavors, the gift packs and accessories. Not only do we generate interest for the single jars on the shelves, but sell many cases of full priced goods for the store during a sampling session. Below is our first effort at Palmer's Market in Darien Connecticut.
